Orders & Shipping

Q: When will my order ship?
A: We process most orders within 1 business day. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: For most UK locations:

   Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we only ship within the UK.


Products & Usage

Q: How often should I replace brush heads or flosser tips?
A: We recommend replacing them every 3 months, or sooner if you notice signs of wear.


Returns

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns must follow our Return Policy, which requires products to be in acceptable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
